How many hours per week is the program?+

Most of our members train 2-3x per week. All of our sessions are 50 minutes long and full of training.

Is there a free trial?+

We want you to come and meet us, see what we do, and make sure that this is the perfect fit before you sign up.

How is this different from a regular gym?+

Every session is coached. You don't wander the floor guessing. You follow a plan built for your body and your goals.

Where are you located?+

20 Railroad St, Huntington Station, NY 11746 — easy parking and right off Route 110.

Do you train youth athletes?+

Yes. Our athlete performance training is built for middle & high school athletes (we also work with elementary and college). Semi-private groups (max 6), pro coaching, and safety-first programming designed around growing bodies — the alternative to the school weight room.

How long are sessions?+

Most sessions are 60 minutes including warm-up, the main coached block, and a cool-down. Schedules are flexible.

Is there a long-term contract?+

No long-term contracts. We earn your business month to month with real results and real coaching.

What should I bring to my first session?+

Comfortable training clothes, sneakers, and a water bottle. We'll handle the rest.
